Killing Floor Lyrics. I should'a quit you, long time ago I should'a quit you, baby, long time ago I should'a quit you, and went on to Mexico. If I ha'da followed, my first mind If I ha'da followed, my first mind I'd'a been gone, since my second time. I should'a went on, when my friend come from Mexico at me I should'a went on, when my friend come from Mexico at me I was foolin' with ya baby, I let ya put me on the killin' floor

This was the first Howlin' Wolf CD I ever bought. There are about 2-3 songs I don't particularly care for (Hidden Charms, 300 lbs) but they are overshadowed by Killing Floor, Louise, My Country Sugar Mama, Smokestack Lightning. So I would not rate it a 10 for song selection, but it's a 12 on a scale of 10 overall

Howlin' Wolf and The Wolf Gang. Going Down Slow Killing Floor. The London Howlin' Wolf Sessio. Killing Floor (bonus). Hal Leonard Studio Band. Killing Floor (Backing Track).

Chester Arthur Burnett (June 10, 1910 in White Station, Mississippi, United States – January 10, 1976 in Hines, Illinois, United States), known as Howlin' Wolf, was an influential American blues singer, guitarist and harmonica player. With a booming voice and looming physical presence, Burnett is commonly ranked among the leading performers in electric blues; musician and critic Cub Koda declared, "no one could match Howlin' Wolf for the singular ability to rock the house down to the foundation while simultaneously scaring its patrons out of its wits.
